The end of May and beginning of June

Here are some random pictures. . . mostly individual ones that don't warrant a whole post about each one.

We had some storm damage on Tuesday night, June 1st. The barn door blew in and the glass windows blew out! Oh, and a tree limb hit the red van's back window and busted it. Some of you may know that the red van went without a back window for a year and a half but we had it replaced a year ago. I guess this van wasn't meant to have a back window!

Memorial Day weekend was significant for the boys because they both graduated from training wheels! Ephraim on his 20" bike and Emmet on his 16" bike! Way to go boys!

They still need to work on braking a little bit. In this picture, Emmet did end up hitting the pick-up truck. And if the pick-up truck wasn't there, the electric fence to the hay pasture is sure to stop him :)

Emmet with is Mrs. Kern on his last day of preschool on May 28. Emmet had a great year with a great teacher and classmates.

This picture was taking early in the morning on June 1st. If it wasn't for the leg sticking out, I'd have thought this was a pile of blankets. And what's with the shoes on? This is Eliza for ya! She's ended up on the couch, on our floor, on Emmet's bed at all hours of the night.

Ouch! Emmet, what happened? Emmet got a black eye from falling at Grandma's house and hitting the glider-rocker with his face.

Yes, this tractor can hold four kids and a daddy! It was hay-baling day!

And then Justin came to wrap the bales. That was our excitement for the evening.
