(Seth Posting)
I thought I would share some of my pictures that I have taken with the camera from my phone. These pictures are just everyday life for me, no rhyme or reason for the time or place they are taken. The following are of the cows and their pasture compiled through-out the year so far.

The family and I have a little cow herd of 14 that we started with 5 and are slowly growing. We had an opportunity to rent some extra pasture this year. This is a view from the back before we turned the cows into it. This is where they will spend all summer.
Here is a view of the herd enjoying themselves in early summer during a rare cool evening.
One of the calves, picture was taken in March. We decided to keep this little heifer for a future cow.
Close-up of the cows, every couple days I check on them and feed mineral in the bunk. Every now and then I give them some ground ear corn, lets just say that makes me Mr. Popular. You can see in the background that the grass is looking really brown because of the dry weather. I was long on pasture this year, but that worked in our favor. I also didn't have to haul water to them because the creek has a few natural springs that feeds it and they never ran dry so far.
This picture ranks as my all time favorite. I was walking through the pasture, heard a little thunder turned around and snapped the photo. Later in the day I was looking at the picture and realized there was a faint rainbow. Never did get wet though.
One of my favorite times of the year is being able to turn the cows onto the corn stalks. All for now.
